Comment:
On a very sad note my friend and classmate of many years Chuck Hall passed away on June 26, 2014 of heart related issues. I spoke with him just a few days before he passed and he was still the adventurous Chuck that I new and loved. He will be sorely missed by all that new him, but know he is at peace.

Sincerely,

Too much water gone under that bridge to fit into this space.  Pretty much I am still the same just older and heavier and the hair is thinner and some gray.  I still love sleeping in a bedroll on the ground and cooking over a fire.  I have been happily living with the same great woman for 28 years.  I am still living in the same house I purchased back in 1974 but we hope to build on property in Punkin Center, Arizona when we retire.  I was raised in Arizona and still love the desert but I am thankful for the formative High School Years spent in the Pacific Northwest with it's Ocean and Rain Forrest but just too much rain up there for this old desert rat.  I do come back from time to time to walk on the beach, paddle your Ocean and walk amoung the ferns and trees I learned to love while I was there.

                                     Have a good 'un

Comment: One husband, three children, three and 1/2 grandchildren, and no retirement in site!  :O  New "wildwomen warehouse" has been relocated to Sisters from Bend, and sometime tis Spring we will have a grand "red wine and chocolate"opening.   I spend my time either working, painting, skiing, or playing tennis...along with drinking good wine!
Grandchildren: three and one in processing

Comment: Fantastic to see LOHS alumni with the face-to-face ("then and now")  reunion in August.  Moving away has meant that I am only three miles away from where I grew up.  I've been able to see the neighborhood grow and change.  Thrilled to find the love of my life later in life and add more children to the clan.  Also, very fortunate to love what I do and be at Nike for nearly 25 years.

Comment:

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion. In talking to some of you I've found quite a few that don't recall their high school experience fondly. We all have seen a bit of life by now. I hope everyone has a couple of friends from that time in their life that they would like to reconnect with.  I bet some of us are allot more interesting now then we were as adolescents.  Please do all you can to share what information you have on our missing classmates.

I have survived 3 years in the Army, 5 years of higher education, 15 years as a Manager in a local plastics company, 30 years as an Electrician, the death of my first wife from cancer after 22 good years together, life as a single Dad for 5 years, midlife dating, I have been  happily remarried for 9 years now. My daughter graduated from MIT as a Chemical Engineer  2 years ago. I retired last year. Hope to see you at the reunion but if you can't make it, please sign in so we can keep in touch.
